If i platinum TLOU2 before updating the game? Does the update take away the plat. Would i have to beat permadeath and grounded (most likely i will but eventually/maybe ps5)?
No, you’ll always keep the plat, the base game has its own trophy list, any DLC with Trophies has its own sub list within that game when you click on it in your trophy menu, the overall percentage of the games completion will drop from 100% tho until obv those new trophies are earnt.
Even after you have downloaded the update you can get the platinum just by completing all of the original trophies.

I got to finish UC4 on crushing, GOW on Give me God of War, and maybe HZD. I may drop the difficulty though to get through them faster. UC4 on crushing is some bullshyt. I’m on chapter 14 right now.
