Since no one has beat it I guess I never saw Aggy beat Ellie to a pulp, about to stab Dina, but Ellie tells her shes pregnant, so Aggy lets them live, for them to live out on a farm, hearding sheep when Ellie has a flashback to Joel and wants to go back for revenge
Aggy is captured, shes starved and weakend, Ellie saves her, then Aggy leads them to boats, ellie has change of heart and they have to fight to death, Ellie wins and is drowning Aggy, when she has another flashback to Joel and she lets Aggy up near death, and lets her get away
Ellie returns to the farm, Dina and the baby left her, another flashback to Joel and Ellie on the porch talking about life
then the credits roll
But nah no one beat it so I definitely making this up and never saw this live from the many streamers who beat it so its not really spoilers right
tldr, neither Aggy or Ellie die and they both ride off into the sunset healthy
