Joel's death hit me because it was so sudden. I just played TLOU1 for the 1st time LAST WEEK. I;m thinking about people who played TLOU1 when it first came out 7 years ago. They got to see Joel and basically think about him for 7 years. They got to think about the choices he made. They prolly watched a ton of youtube videos and read other people's takes on the ending. FOR SEVEN YEARS. To see Joel go out like that mustve been hard as hell and so unexpected. I was shocked that he's gone already. Right in front of Ellie. She was begging him to Wake up. 
Played for about 9 hours today. Doesn’t feel like I’ve scratched the surface yet frfr
Yo the level design and layout feels so real. I get overwhelmed at first but end up searching all over the area because you learn it quick.

I'm hoping I'm about to be on day 3. I just got to a park and heard something whistle.Keep going, it continues to get better. This game compliments part 1 very well and enhances what took place in that game. I'm on Seattle Day 3, and whew

Wow I was in the middle of a fight and while hiding I thought the enemy AI was being dumb but they actually got ambushed by some clickers out of nowhere.

Melee weapons feel heavier and I like the visceral kills..
Fighting is a lot more tense than the first..

My whole post is about how these guys are prematurely judging the game based on spoilers.
Absolutely agree, it’s just a shame that if it’s as good as some of you are touting that it won’t get the overall reception it deserves. Especially when the team worked so hard, when I read the spoilers I was also pissed and swore of the game. Then I started l listening to what the developers were saying and said I would give it a go if players enjoyed it,
The spoilers definitely hurt it, I think it might have been better received had it all been discovered when played. There seems to be a hive mentality to hate this game no matter what, and these weirdo cac incells have jumped all over it and are pushing for the hate. I haven’t played the game and when I do I might not like some chosen paths in the story but if it’s a good game then I won’t lie about it.
I thought it would be Intetesting to see the justification for why it was rated so badly. A lot of people saying clunky control worst that GTA 5 etc.... while the coli says the opposite lets me know they are full of shyt.
