Based on the leaked video, nor Ellie or Dina die because Lev stops Abby from killing them. She leaves and tells Ellie that she doesn't want to see her face again. There's another video where Ellie and Dina are on a farm and she has a hole in her shoulder from the arrow Lev shot her with during the fight
