Naughty Dog didn’t develop the Factions MP?
All Factions 2 needed was updated gameplay, new weapons and new maps.
The foundation had already been layed.
And people to this day are still playing Uncharted 4’s MP as well as Factions.

Once again, these are add ons to SP games - Playstation want a big MP success, not some shyt that people play when they've 100% the SP campaign. I can't make this shyt any clearer.

Games that have been in production for 2-3 years get cancelled all the time breh. And evidently it wasn't cancelled by ND.

ND announced this as part of TLOU2 and it was supposed to be released around launch. They did this on their own before Sony's shifting focus. They fukked up and they need to own it.

I think that apology is them owning it and a way to soft walk out "we cancelled it" later. Scaling down development is not a good sign, forget about delay. You scale down when you're either about to ship or completely scrap a project and they definitely not about to ship lol

You can’t make the shyt any clearer because it doesn’t make any fukking sense.
Factions was a big multiplayer success within the PlayStation ecosystem, them trying to shoehorn in GaaS is why they’re currently the only one of the three without a first party multiplayer title and a sizable group of their dedicated fanbase feels neglected because of it.
Stop chasing Fortnite, Warzone and PubG etc. because it’s catching lightning in a bottle, and none of them caught overnight.

They’re letting Bungie run around with their chest out when I hear Destiny fans haven’t been happy with Bungie’s latest efforts.
