It was a decent episode, but lol at folks more worried about turning gay from seeing gays on tv than actual spreadable fungus turning ppl zombie. That would actually be funny, if the show was about the main characters fighting through zombies to get the main character to a gay conversion camp.

LOU is a classic. The gameplay and violence alone put it above pretty much any game to come out since aside from part 2.To this very day, I never played the game and will never play the game. I'm surprised at the positive reception from the pro-lgbt posters in here because I thought the scenes with Bill and Frank were pretty clumsy, the dialogue was corny and contrived, there are better Walking Dead episodes. I preferred the ambiguity in the game, it added a layer to Bill's character without shoving it in your face. It seemed like they were trying to get blood from a stone with a forced gay episode because I can't imagine they would embellish that same subplot into a full episode if it was a normal heterosexual relationship in the game. Award bait.
That's a pet peeve I have with people like @The Velvet Soul, sure it seems like writers can take more risks, but in reality it's just progressed into a different type of white liberal orthodoxy, just because it's different doesn't mean it's good. Though I did like the scene at the dinner table, reminded me of that movie Amour.

I fast forwarded once they started singing, I don’t think they went Atlanta far. It mostly seemed like some hairy forearmed, San Francisco, rolled up flannel shirt sleeves kinda thing. I skipped the bedroom part and started watching at the dinner with Joel and Tess part.

shyt is crazy. The story played out as it would have if it had been a heterosexual couple in that situation. for an "agenda", I would look it as something going out of its way to pander, and saw nothing of that here. Like most heterosexual men, I don't feel comfortable looking at men be intimate with each other, so I closed my eyes until those parts were over. Other than that, it was a well executed story of a loving couple trying to survive. I swear I just don't get all the hatred for gay people. They deserve a representation in media, as any other marginalized group does. Again, I don't feel comfortable with the PDA parts but they made up about a minute total in like an hour show. I skipped them and moved on.
I get as straight men finding it "yucky" or whatever. But geez, they've existed since the dawn of human beings in every culture. If they're consenting adults, and not bothering me I just don't care. Plenty of shyt going on in society that affects my life, the lives of gay people doesn't even register.
