I’m fine with it. It rubbed me the wrong way how he threw Josiah (even though he’s trash) under the bus. And as stated he’s old, expensive and made no plays since like October.

Our goal at this point should be to keep our offensive nucleus intact and scrape together a young, cheap defense. The NFC has no QBs, if we can get a defense that can hold teams to 21-22 ppg, our offense should be able to win most battles and we will be straight. Yeah we probably won’t win 14 games again but if we get in the playoffs no NFC QB scares me. I really think the next few years could be Jalen replicating Donovan’s dominance of the NFC, except he has the intangibles to win a ring or two.

Gonzales or Witherspoon with 10, Breese with 30.

Or trade down from 10 and really stack the picks and talent. I think Ringo might be a sneaky good pick because everybody is bearish on him because he got burned once or twice, so we can get him lower than expected.

Howie will work his magic as always. I’m excited to see what he gives us, he’s not throwing in the towel on this season.
