Easy decision for me to not check the series out then. Didn't know the author was frontin' with finishing it. Done got burnt by too many unfinished, LONG ass running manga with no end in sight and GRRM to get burnt like that again...I wouldn't worry about this trilogy finishing. He's just got 1 more book to write and he's in his early 40s... unlike Martin who is about 70.
