They were starting to see some slippage in their defense and the Pistons run was spurred by Jackson and Drum, that's the move to get Drum off the floor, even with leads teams will do it at times.

Anyone think Delly should start over Mo? Mo's defense has been atrocious. I get that he's been running the offense well and shooting at a high level but his defense is absolutely piss poor.
Mo my dude but you are right his defense is causing a lot of the issues with the bigs. Then he has issues penetrating as well and it his shot isn't falling which it wasn't last night he gives you nothing. This team really needs Irving and Shumpert back.
We just need more defense from the starting unit IMO. I think KLove can play on the block a lot more in the 1st half to make up for the offense Mo would provide.
What's really going to irk you all is as a team they shot 75 percent from the line last year. They do that now and they'd be 11-0.
Instead they are shooting 67 percent from the line and squandering leads to teams they could of easily handled.

Yeah messed up. But the goal is to see improvement. The NBA season is a marathon and not a race. We need to see this team at full strength and see how everything goes.
That lead squandering has a lot to do without having Irving who could score when Lebron sits down. Also the Cavs only have Lebron who can create his own shot consistently on the wing. With Irving there it will be two players.
Another thing then whole team is cold from three and two and the free throw line.
I still believe this team will hit their stride going into the 4th qtr of the season. Just need everyone healthy and ready for the playoffs.
I agree. But the brotha Mo is letting guards get in the paint at will. Until that gets fixed with Irving coming back or him going to the bench the defense will keep looking bad.
The good part in these two loses is that Lebron is getting his 3 game back. Also JR Smith looked good last game as well.
But I think they work it out. This team had a bunch of injuries last season and still pushed the warriors to 6 games with Lebron and some division 3 college scrubs. They will be fine.
Regular season means nothing to this team. We swept a 60 win team and almost beat a 67 win team without Kyrie/Love. We don't have to prove ourselves
