David Griffin basically said they don't give a shyt about the regular season as far as getting home court advantage. They only care about being healthy 1-15 going into the playoffs and peaking at the end instead of in March.
He says LeBron is stronger and in better shape than he was last training camp. They had to dial him back because they felt he was over doing it.
I imagine they will rest LeBron, Love, Kyrie, and Mozgov a lot this season.

Last year he tried his best to look more like a sf...bad idea.. He was faster but was missing like crazy.. Hopefully this year he slows down even while playing sf..he should be able to bully sf into position
they may keep him for teh extra help at the 2 spot, Delly and Mo got Irving covered but cunningham may see some minutes at the 2 just so we have a 4 guard rotation while kyrie and shump are out. Harris clearly cant play at this level and should be in the D league or playing for the Shang Hai Sharks

Yeah when your pay roll is that high you have to win a championship.
Joe's contract is fully guaranteed so even if they cut him they'd still have to pay out the tax.
The only way he wasn't going to make the team is if he was traded.

& who would they replace in spot of Joe that wouldn't be placed in blowout minutes? Unless it's a star that's out there, nobody from 12-15 is seeing the floor.
His lift and quickness look so much better than last year. He had one hell of a rehab.
Cavs sports science guys spent a lot of time with all the players this summer and got the diets and workouts right.
Can't wait to see the entire 1-15 out there.
