Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
Has there been any local talk about how the Cavs plan to guard GS? I've been thinking to extra small, maybe even have Bron at the 5 to better guard that hi/Lo PNR and limited minutes for TT so that he doesn't get exploited in the PNR but also so he doesn't get exposed at the FT line. What y'all see happening?

My guess is that they are going to try to trap Steph and force him to pass to Draymond while LeBron is guarding him.

It would still be a 3-2 offensive advantage by doing that but they obviously want the ball out of Curry's hands. I expect them to switch it up (zones, full court, half court pressure) and expect bigger contributions from Delly, Shump, and maybe Mozgov.

I'd roll out everything I had in Game 1. Be the aggressor....Cavs are notorious for letting the other team lay out how they want to play and then adjust.

I think that would be foolish here.

They plan on pushing the pace. I'd focus on creating turnovers and dominating the glass.

Shumpert really needs to step it up. They need him to shut down Klay.

They can't get rattled when the Warriors hit 3 straight contested 30 footers.

Keep running the offense and trust each other for 48 minutes....through all the highs and lows.

klay cant be shut down breh..hes a much better player than last year.

you wont see this shyt like this lol

Shutting down Klay should be the priority, getting him off his game is a lot more reachable than stopping Curry.

As great as the Warriors are they are still a heavy backcourt team in terms of offense with Curry, Klay, and Livingston. You gotta try to limit 2 out of 3.

They don't really have an answer for Livingston in the post....or Curry when he's on (other than trading baskets with Kyrie) so you've got to take out Klay. And they've done it before.

Wont be able to stop Klay, but slowing him down is doable, like you said you did it before. Livingston has been off his game a bit, so no need to overreact to him.

Give em hell Cleveland :salute: ( Just don't let it end like glory :to: )

No they didn't. Klay was garbage the entire post season last year.
