Kevin Love is a ball dominant PF who can't can't faceup and take you off the dribble. He's a rhythm player who needs the offense literally to be tailored to him to be effective (with a PG who can get him the ball in the spot he needs it). But the Cavs would still be stupid to trade him unless they get back multiple role players on good contracts. He's still good for 15-17 ppg and 10 boards a game, and someone who has the capability to increase his offensive output when asked of him 
His defense is probably a lost cause, but what he can improve on is becoming a better pick & pop player from midrange. Chris Bosh was absolutely lethal from 15 ft in the Big 3 Heat era
