Game was 85-81 when Klay left in the 3rd quarter with 3 mins left....but yes lets just assume they win games 6 and 7 when they were pretty much outplayed most of the series :scust:

If Porter and GPII are good to go, and looks like they will be, that's three players off the bench along with Moody who can defend and hit open threes. Don't need them to create, just hit open shots. Kuminga too, not as consistent with the shot but still hit 33% from 3 this year, can finish at the rim and defend 1-5 with Celtics personnel

Big difference compared to the 2019 team that had no competent 3 and D wings off the bench once KD went down (not to mention Wiggins starting at 3 instead of Igoudala on one leg).

Compare that to Boston's bench. They were down to a 7 man rotation the last 3 games against Miami. Payton Prichard borderline unplayable the way he was getting cooked on defense and he'll be food for Curry and Poole anytime he's out there

Boston got anyone off the bench that's consistently playable this series outside Williams and White? Tight rotation is one thing against the stone age iso ball offense Miami was running. Defending GS offense the way they make you work gonna be tough with a 7 man rotation

Pritchard got his minutes cut off because Butler switching. He will plays Vs GS. Lol at unplayable, he will play just like he played in the Nets/Bucks series. The warriors don’t have a physical guard like Jimmy Butler to bully Pritchard on switches and the Celtics petty much went 8 deep all season, that’s what the Warriors are going to see.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Celtics sweep the Warriors like they did the Nets. I think the East has surpassed the West as the conference where it's a gauntlet to survive but once you do, you should be the decisive favorite in the Finals.
Ayyyy welcome back my g 💪

I don't pay attention to any of that. When Tatum played the Warriors, seemed like he could never miss.. but like all the other series, the Warriors will look to make it tough on Boston's scorers. Kerr has shown that his staff makes the right adjustments as series' go on.
Tatum was 9-19 and 6-16 against the Warriors in the two games they played this year. How’d it seem like he could never miss?

Idk why... it just seemed like it when watching. He hit a number of contested shots. Could have been previous years..idk.. but he has hit some tough shots against the Warriors.

Theis will actually be playable this series

He struggles against elite offensive bigs. But in this series, he doesn't have that problem. He's actually decent as a small ball center. He can defend guards and wings decently in the paint and on the perimeter. Plus it gives Timelord and Horford some rest

How many rings will Curry have 5? Lebron has 4 and one being a bubble ring right?

What the playoffs always come down to beyond stats is hitting big shots.

The further teams progress through the postseason the more and more is at stake to the point where nearly the entire Finals has a layer of clutch and urgency to it, especially in the 2nd half.

At the end of the day, Warriors are simply much better at hitting big shots.

Warriors at one point were a little less reliable here, but they've got much better over the years and have players this year that are going to play good, consistent basketball late. Boston on the other hand I think get kinda rattled like how they let late leads dissolve during the ECF. They need to make it a point to enter every single 4th quarter with a double digit lead.

I think they're actually fortunate they don't have homecourt advantage because I wouldn't trust them going into Golden State for game 3 with the series at 1-1. I think the longer this series goes, the more I like GS's chances. Celtics need to somehow end it in 4 or 5 imo.
