I'm actually coming around even more on the Warriors if they get Otto, GP2 and Iggy back. That's just a crazy amount of wing defenders to throw at Jaylen and Tatum. They've been able to feast the most by hunting mismatches. The Warriors have enough bodies and are smart enough switching defensively to prevent those mismatches from happening and are probably the best team rotating on defense to cut off driving lanes. Celtics won't have enough shooting to offset that.

Offensively I see them iso'ing Horford a lot or taking advantage of Robert Williams aggressiveness in going for blocks to make backdoor cuts or pump fake and drive on him. Boston will be the best defense they'll face and the offense will have large stretches of ineffectiveness but I just think they will make big runs once the Celtics go to the bench units. Poole and Klay will have to be in attack mode though. I just think the Warriors have too many ways to score individually and through the offense. Celtics haven't encountered a team in the playoffs yet that had both.

I originally had Warriors in 7 but I think Warriors take it in 5 if the Celtics aren't fully healthy or 6 if everything is good with Tatum's shoulder, Smart's ankle and the other injuries they're fighting.

Otto porter was food against the Celtics in the regular season and playing iggy against this team is a net positive for the Celtics.

Klay will probably have 1 excellent game, 1 good game, and whole bunch of duds. He has killed GS momentum with his bad shot selection and decision making at times. Celtics entire defense is to bait you to go one on one, Klay will fall it for it, like he did in the reg season. Jordan Poole also does not play well on the road. The warriors are far from perfect they just had a very easy road. I expect a lot of their faults to finally come out this series.

Warriors have the benefit of the Celtics' duo not being consistent. Warriors aren't either but they have the tendency to light fire during the 3rd and 4th quarters.

They're (Celts) gonna run a lot of PnR so I'll be interested to see how the Warriors handle switching.

Draymond is the key to victory here.

The west has been so soft this year. The Mavs we’re the only team from west I feel could have given the Celtics problems. Maybe Memphis. But the warriors ain’t it. The Celtics ain’t do themselves any favors with some of their bad play down the stretch, bad decision making and turnovers these last two series so I get why people who don’t follow them as tightly are picking the warriors, but I’ve seen way too many games to know this should be a 5 game series in the Celtics favor. Nesmith gonna have to be ready to defend and knock down shots. The heat were too smart to play him consistently, but he should get more opportunity here.
