difference is i'm not making a case for missouri. everyone knows the east is a mess. with historical powers tennessee and florida down right now, it shouldn't be a surprise. plus arkansas beating em next week.

ya'll are the ones making a case for ohio state based on beating a mediocre wisonsin team. no one in the SEC is saying that bama beating mizzou is a cap in the feather. we know they are a fraud.

u really wanna see those teams get wiped out by bama? if u want a non-SEC national champ, the best chance is to have miss st play bama again. they the only team with the hogs up front to deal with alabama.

i think theres almost no chance now unless they get help that miss st gets into the playoff. their best wins are looking worse week by week. assuming bama beats auburn and miss st beats ole miss, the bulldogs will have arguably the best loss of the season, but their best wins would be over three 8-4 teams. i dont think that will be enough.

Yup a 1 loss TCU/Baylor Big 12 Champ or OSU/Big 10 Champ get that last spot. Miss State needs help. .

ole miss was without laquan treadwell. its best weapon on offense. and arkansas is arguably playing the best ball in the country right now. they would prolly be favored to beat anyone outside the top 10 teams in the country right now.

remember this was a team that lost to bama by 1 point and to miss st by one score. they're alot better than their record. they just happened to play in the toughest division in college football history.

I heard Danny Kanell on 1st Take this morning and he said Texas is on a similar run as Arkansas but no one is giving Texas love becuz they're not in the SEC. I have a good feeling Texas is gonna knock off TCU on Thanksgiving night.

But there ya'll go with that SEC bias once again. You saw what happened to Ole Miss who was supposedly the best two loss team in the nation.

I don't even know what that means. Just cause Michigan State has beat alot of crappy Big 10 teams doesn't make it better than anyone in the SEC West. I would say a win over Arkansas is more impressive than Michigan State. Michigan State's only legit game outside of Ohio State was against Oregon and they got destroyed there as well.

LSU, Auburn, and Arkansas have all had more impressive seasons than Michigan State even with more Ls. They actually play real football teams each week in the SEC West rather than the cupcake that is the Big 10.

With a healthy Treadwell Ole Miss scored only 7 points against LSU.

And Texas has a legit Defense. If the offense was half as competent as their D they would have beat UCLA, Baylor and KSU. Maybe even Oklahoma too. I'll admit Texas has hit some hard times since Colt McCoy left but I think they're on the right path now but the QB position is crucial and I don't know if Swoopes is THAT GUY.
