This whole plan is ridiculous. His plan is to ship kids from across state lines daily to Wilmington. Some of those bus rides will be damn near 2 hours and that is not even counting traffic issues

But his academy will never be for their children. They will not be able to afford the tuition. Umar has also stated there will be no financial aid either
