I’ve posted about this before, but what’s everyone’s plan to get back on track after holidays? Now I know some of you never fell off, but I’m eating what I want and having a few drinks. Still eating somewhat healthy and working out, but not holding back when the food and alcohol come around.
Next Monday it’s back to running (30 minutes a day) and my strength routine. Clean eating ( Pre made meals - protein, broccoli, and brown rice) and tons of water/ green tea.
