I’ve posted about this before, but what’s everyone’s plan to get back on track after holidays? Now I know some of you never fell off, but I’m eating what I want and having a few drinks. Still eating somewhat healthy and working out, but not holding back when the food and alcohol come around.

Next Monday it’s back to running (30 minutes a day) and my strength routine. Clean eating ( Pre made meals - protein, broccoli, and brown rice) and tons of water/ green tea.

What are you doing?

I have a weight bench, barbell, plates, and dumbbells in my garage. Oh yea and some jump ropes

If I can gain about 30 by da summer

No such thing as days off. Running 7 days a week + whatever body “area” I’m working on that day.

Xmas food was tempting tho but I only made a “regular” plate and didn’t get seconds :francis:

January is a couple of days away. Not trying to mess this shyt up.

I got a little laxed the last month I probably went from 185 11% BF to now 193 about 14% bf ima get back to the basics Thursday to set my self up right for the beginning of the new year. Tryna get to an even 205 and about 12% BF by July-August
