@A Pimp Named Slickback what's your album of the year so far?
Hard to decide

I got Noir or Never by Che Noir
The Navy Blue project
Surf or Drown by Hit-Boy
Westside Boogie's EP
Generational Curse by ICECOLDBISHOP
The Estate Sale portion of the Tyler album
That Chris Crack project
This isn't hip hop but victims and Villains by Musiq Soulchild is incredible

And if these December 2022 releases count then Herbert by Ab-Soul and Sauce Walka's Ghetto Gospel project

It's been an overlooked but substantial year. Haven't even heard alot of the albums I have on my radar. Haven't got to listen to the Conway/Skeeze project, the Anoyd project, the Royce project, and many others

Hip Hop faked its death like Machiavelli

It's not letting me post the music for the last 2 weeks idk what's going on. It might be too much heat. I'll try later

Edit: nevermind it worked

How’s that g Herbo?
I have no idea. Honestly the last song I've heard from him was Malcolm. One of the best storytelling songs I've heard in the last 5 or so years

After that I haven't really checked for him. But he's dope so I posted him. I try to post artists who have shown skill in one way or another even if I haven't heard the new song/album

Yeah man I’ve been a fan for a while but I can’t say every record I’ve heard was great.

I’ll check it and report back
All I know is I'm overeating this year already. I haven't even listened to 1/4 of the projects I've posted this year. Too much heat
