If we consider Mach-Hommy from this era I gotta nominate pray for haiti. I had been sleeping on him and that album really opened my eyes.

I also liked Next Chamber (peter rosenberg), Little While (Sada Baby), and World be Trash by Kipp Stone (that one came from out of nowhere).
