The only time I'm ever tempted to watch a Rising segment is when I wonder what kind of pained faces Grimm has to be making with so many terrible takes happening right next to him...I still don't bother checking though.
Grimm is one of the best, but I also have to question him being on a show like that and legitimizing someone like her. If he didnt completely decimate her after that, I'll be extremely disappointed

Yeah, he's a good journalist and I like his call-ins to MR a lot. So I definitely have some curiosity about how segments go with him having to listen to the people that still go on Rising. I remember when he first got on, there was a segment where he blatantly lost patience and sonned his co-host badly...after which I didn't see her on the show anymore and I assume that's when Kim Iversen got added in.

The grifting game is to be sold not told. The rise of the ideological punditry industry has led to a market for people like this. They gotta say stuff to make themselves standout and get over, be it as a heel or face.

Breaking Point is catering to the right low key. The Fauci slander, Hunter Biden emails, claiming that class politics trumps racial politics but ignoring the white supremacist nature of this nation, dikk riding Joe Rogan etc. The grift is so obvious it’s crazy. They aren’t progressives they are the type of Dems who say “eh race shouldn’t be talked about let’s try to appeal to these white men in the Midwest and South because they have economic anxiety even though they maybe racist.”
