You guys seriously underestimate how many posters on this site do not like y'all. I'm not on a personal crusade against any one person or any one group. Mods can be proactive, but generally we're supposed to react to the wants and needs of the people. If your shyt gets deleted or you get a warning, it's because your fellow posters reported your post.
For example, that thread that @Ill got put on blast for, I think he got reported about 20 times yesterday by different posters. It's been raised to the top admins, but it's up to them to make the final call.
Alias got bushed yesterday because he was over the warning limit.
I personally don't have to do anything. The moment you guys get 3 warnings for racist posts it's a wrap.
This thread will be forwarded to the top admins and they'll make their decision sometime soon as well. I don't need to do anything. You guys tie the noose around your own necks and kick the chair.
Most important rule to remember: You can't be banned for something you didn't say.

But saying:

Edit: also it doesn't sit right with me that you said 'dark skin' Indians are disgusting, since us black people are 'dark skin' too
