But you're basically reiterating the points of the article. It does not suggest or even attempt to suggest that the free cost of education is why these students are in debt. It clearly says that cost of living is the issue. Realistically the only beef with this article should be the following:

There's no high price of the free education though, the education is still free it's just that the students' decisions are shytty.

No, I had a construction company and I said the owner of the property owed me for unpaid services and put on lien on the property
even though I really didn't do anything and my construction company only existed on paper
the things I new the sellers and the buyers, put them together came up with a way to lock me in because I don't trust anybody
even though the first deal I ever closed I got paid under the table the seller cut me check from his own bank straight to my company
which isn't illegal.
also with the simo it only works with the buyer is paying cash
you just get a purchase agreement from the property first, then get another one signed with you as the seller to the end the buyer, and you effectively buy the property with someone elses money while selling it to them at the same time
