You just reminded me of an event space in Birmingham AL called the Harambe Room as a parallel to what you just described
(note the art work on the walls in the windows)
(Harambe room is a west African theme while the H.H.M is an African American theme)
The fact we got dudes in here cheering on a one room “museum” that has nothing but laminated pictures printed off the internet, after being promised a multi-million dollar museum with artifacts and a movie theater, is why it’s so easy to rip us off
