That fight would've been a draw if not for that.

I was at that fight. I had BY winning decisively, regardless of what the judges had it.
Plus, Perez has taken a nosedive. He's looked worse and worse as time has gone by. A win over Perez in 2016 means nothing

Me too. But I think Jennings should build his way up to the top by taking out these other Heavyweights.
He did better against Klitschko than anyone has since Wladimir Klitschko vs Samuel Peters 1. He has talent and just needs to fight more good Heavies to get more experience.
