Been a great series so far. I felt like this was gonna be the game where we got y’all best shot and we did. Now we gotta respond

You still haven't gotten our best shot yet :mjlol:

Randle ain't go dumb on y'all like he did during the season, and Quickley and RJ just starting to heat up :umad:

So what I've gathered from these two games is the only way the Hawks can win is if Randle plays the worst basketball of his career.:mjlol:

Rise up!
5 fouls

0 points

2 boards

:hhh:
Breh stunk it up. When Atlanta was a lottery team he was putting up 20 and 10 nights but as soon as they put a squad together he started falling to the wayside. Breh gotta go if he really hellbent on getting the max :hubie:

FACTS :damn:

It’s two sides to that coin tho ... John Collins literally had zero points and the entire team besides Trae and Bogi played like dog shyt by missing 30 wide open shots. That’s an anomaly, I’ve watch most Hawks games and that has never happened. Hawks still had a chance after shooting 12 -44 from 3, that’s huge. Trae did his job by finding open shooters and they just missed all night (especially in the second half). If ATL continue to shoot that poorly NY will win the series. However I don’t expect them to continue to shoot that bad.

There was some adjustments on the defense in the second half. Thibs stuck Bullock on Trae and then the defense forced both Trae and Bog to go left with help coming in the lane whenever they tried to drive.

Defensively it really helps that Rose can guard Bog.

offensively Randle caught the ball on the wing during the first half , that allowed Capella (or another big) to double him easily. In the second half he got the ball on the top of the arc and if a guard player doubles him, there must be a wide open shooter nearby. This I’m turn also got him more one on one opportunities to drive too.

Also the Hawks bench is bad, I am surprised Nate kept them out there so long.

everthing you said is factual EXCEPT the Hawks bench is not bad they just PLAYED bad or at least way below their capability. That won’t happen in ATL. NY played smart D on Trae and Trae found open shooters who didn’t hit the shots. That’s all I’m saying .

Knicks stars of the night: #4 Rose #16 Guthrie, #71 Mott, #49 Washington, #31 Wall
Rose dropped 26 in a NY win.
Guthrie, Mott, Washington, and Wall did a tremendous job of killing Atlanta momentum. Giving Atlanta cheap fouls while letting the Knicks abuse the Hawks players and make sure when the Knicks got in a groove they assisted them to success.

Congrats to the stars of the night for the New York Knicks. Adam Silver is proud of these stars.
