The gym + ipod = heaven

breh i need some songs that aren't hip hop related. i see taht you have a lot of rock and roll. hook me up with some songs breh!

I usually stay on the metal side. Killswitch Engage got some good gym music.

For rock, I wouldn't go much further than system of a down or disturbed.

I walk into the gym with this playing half of the time I go...like theme music to get make me mourn for what I'm about to put my body through...but remind me that I'm doing it to survive.

i have a spare mp3 player in my locker at the gym just in case i forget mine. can't workout without my music. even swim with mine (waterproof mp3 players ) makes the monotony of laps sooooo much less so.

also a great diversion tactic to keeps dudes from fukking with you at gym...(ladies know what's up) Earphones in ....volume maxed out...no eye contact ....head straight ahead when walking.

headphone or not if that ass is phat in those yoga pants you gon get this work

I can't hit the elliptical or treadmill without my ipod.

There are times when I skip workouts just cause I an't got no music on me.

I have skipped exercising before cuz my iPhone battery was dead also.
