Mutoh hasn't had a good match as The Great Muta in like 15 years. I wouldn't want to see him wrestling with that gimmick in the E'
He still makes moments. He's one of the last great markouts we have left. Muta in the E has possibilities. Imagine that Muta/Taker staredown (this is a match Taker would jump at at any age mind you.) A Muta WWE entrance at Wrestlemania might be worth it alone if they treat him as a big deal.
Curious though jmare. you def know your shyt. What do you think was the last great Muta match? I keep thinking Liger but that cant be right.
That is the fukking truth, shyt just him being regular old Keiji Mutoh would have some moments.

I guess you are right. I'm just sick of watching him in long, boring brawls. If they put him in a tag or a short sprint I guess it could work.
And honestly, the Liger match was the one I was thinking when talking about him pretty much sucking with that gimmick in the last 15 years. That and Hakushi match are the last worth watching again, imo.
Inoki is in it already (he has ties but still) so is Abdullah. It isn't just a WWE HOF anymore. Its more general now especially with an old head like HHH involved in decisionmaking.
HHH is actually good for this shyt, just like they gonna put Sting in even though he has zero WWE ties.
The WWE would be smart if they basically made it a all-around wrestling HOF

I want to see Muta vs Rey
Yeah the Hakushi deal was good too. I didnt have a problem with him til the Onita Deathmatch. I mean i still dont know why that happened other than money. Cyber Muta's entrance was though.
You cant tell me that HUSTLE Muta wasnt piff all the way through though. I actually gave a shyt about Akebono for a few months. I think his costume will make the experience worth it for us. Maybe even get legend Japan characters in WWE games. Muta/Misawa/Kawada in WWE 14
