This show is hilarious. NBC fails at a lot, but they seem to stumble upon some comedic gems with creative premises (Community, Scrubs, The Office, Parks & Recs, 30 Rock, Undateable, The Good Place,etc). They just pull the plug too quick or bury them in terrible time slots.

Jason is the only funny one to me the premise keeps me watching more than anything. Don’t really care for the philosophy angle

That run of The Office, Parks and Recreation, Community, and 30 Rock (even though I didn't like 30 Rock) was something special. The first 3 I listed probably would all rank in my top 10-20 favorite comedies.

I watched this episode and I had one question that always sticks in my mind. Maybe this has been explained before but I don't remember it.
Why do the demons bother to take human form if there are not humans around in hell?
So during meetings and whenever they are hanging out going to museums, why do they have to be in disguise?

I can't remember if they touched on that before, although there was that one demon who Michael passed who was out of human form. Most likely just done so for practical purposes.
