Considering Rock himself wasn’t a serious character in WWE, he was pretty much trolling at all times and even in his movies he be trolling/clowning around, I doubt that show is designed to be taken seriously. Seems more like a comedy/satire.
Speaking of which, I wouldn’t be surprised if Godfather is just joking with this clip too. They prolly had a good laugh bout all this.
