That’s my boys dream spot. Dude bought a D boys mansion in ‘12 for under 300k. I’m talking 4K SF marble floors, 3 car garage, unfinished basement. It’s in Stockbridge though. He can get 900k for it now. He wants to sell and move up to Alpharetta, but 1.2M is his range.

You can’t get s—t in that range. Or nothing worth selling his current home for.

I’ve never kicked it up there really. My Wife eats there at times.

The Third Spot is a dope lil hangout spot for a date or going out with a group. Got bowling and arcade games. Just went for the first time yesterday
