In nyc , when they shut down all the Bronx strip clubs even though I don't necessarily agree with it but the shootings, robberies and murders stopped after the let out ten fold.

Matter of fact, Magic City has always been relatively fukkery free especially when you take into account it’s location, in part to how much respect Mr. Magic commanded in the city. Now anything goes.
