Of course the ATL
I previously lived in Miami and LA. I've lived in Atlanta a few years and still trying to find this terrible traffic everyone is talking about. Sometime shyt gets a little jammed up like spaghetti junction but shyt usually clears up quick. Maybe its not bad for me because I lived in the city.

Well you gotta consider a few things:

-Traffic in 2020 and the early part of 2021 was an outlier b/c of the pandemic
-Traffic from the city to the suburbs is usually what people are referencing
-There are bottle necks throughout the Metro Atlanta area

Again if you have a short commute or are traveling in a direction with little traffic your experience with Atlanta traffic may not be that bad but terrible traffic can be found almost everywhere in and around the city

Traffic is pretty bad lol. Going from the north side to the Southside during peak hours you’re looking at an hour (maybe less) one way. Idk how that’s up for debate or how you can justify that

Define “live comfortably”. That number is gonna be different for everyone depending on your lifestyle

My idea of live comfortably is pretty much all essential bills are paid for without things being a paycheck to paycheck deal. Enough disposable income to do some nice things on weekends and when I'm free. Staying in a nice crib (apartment if fine).

Able to put a little something into savings.

You may have a point though since I didn't live in the suburbs. I did live in Norcross my first year in the A and would hit some very minor traffic where 285/85 meet but it wasn't anything terrible. But in my four years in the A I never hit unbearable traffic once. I guess this is something thats subjective.

Of course the ATL
In the wake of several shootings, including one involving two teens, Lenox Square will begin requiring visitors under 18 to be accompanied at all times by an adult.

A Wednesday afternoon news release detailed the new policy, which is called the “youth supervision program.” Any youth will have to be accompanied by their parent or an adult who is 21 or older after 3 p.m. each day, starting September 21.

The change comes after a violent two years for the mall, a premier retail destination in the heart of Buckhead. Lenox has struggled to maintain its reputation for posh shopping despite a string of headline-grabbing shootings and assaults.

As a single man in Atlanta? Not on a luxury designer vibe? You could be comfortable at 45K but that’s with a $1200-$1300 rent, $200-$300 car note, and add another $300-500 in utilities (gas, electric, cable, streaming, phone, WiFi), $500-$600 on food a month, $120 on gas for your car you could live comfortably with that
