Went to Bar Vegan ATL yesterday.

It was a cool little vibe. Bartenders were friendly.

However, Drinks are overpriced. Food selection was small. When people find out about the place the venue isn't going to be big enough for the crowd.

The city needs to be ashamed of itself on how they allow majority black areas to look compared to those on the north side of town.

I was riding through South Atlanta near South Atlanta HS, Lakewood & the lower edge of Peoplestown yesterday & I guarantee the city government wouldn’t allow the random trash & abandoned furniture you see in those areas in buckhead & sandy springs

This Buckhead City bullshyt is picking up steam. I don’t think it’ll happen but it is gaining momentum

The racial dynamics are especially significant given Buckhead’s history. Buckhead was first annexed into Atlanta along with other areas of the city in 1952 under then-Mayor William B. Hartsfield. At the time, the move was racially motivated: Hartsfield wanted to offset Atlanta’s growing Black population and political power, historians said.

It’s on purpose. Drives down property values, create food deserts, then gentrify,

Any of y’all do real estate? I found some homes to rent but I need to see if they are legit though

Yea I have 3 rental properties. If you want to see if they are legit make sure you check out the MLS number, and see who the home is registered to. These are all public record. You can also pull the tax records
