We have the Organic Mass Gainer and the Vegan Protein for those looking to gain lean muscle without putting on the extra fat. I had the same problem as you which got me started on this path. I ran cross country and track from 9-17 so when i graduated i was 6'0 and 155. I have long arms and legs so i look even skinnier. After wasting hundred of dollars on a gym membership, whey, casein, mass gainer, preworkouts and trying a test booster and still being skinny i decided to start looking into the naturals and found that real food provides way more benefits for body building than dead whey proteins. Alot of supplements are nothing but scams. As a hard gainer I had to workout intensely and consistently as well as being consistent with my diet, but i went from 155 to 200lbs in 12 months and I went from being one of the weakest dudes around to being stronger than all my friends who have been lifting weight for years, went to the military, play sports or martial arts. I stopped using weights period and started doing purely bodyweight workouts at the park. Dips, pull ups, push ups, leg raises, wipers on the BARS with many different variations. My grip strength improved in a week and every week i watched the definition of my body get more and more ripped. I have to wait for my stomach to "wake up" to eat also but i started making high protein smoothies in the mornings using the Mass gainer powder and that helped me get those calories in early because you need that meal, you don't want to gorge in one meal. I usually make the smoothies with organic or natural peanut butter, no hydrogenated oils or sugar.

1. Diet. My story is kind of similar, I ran track and cross country up until a year ago and now I'm on that same grind to put on mass. I'm up about 20lbs so far since Feb. but diet is definitely the one aspect I'm trying to dial in. I don't mess with creatine or anything like that, just protein powders to supplement what I already take in from food.

I do a mix of body weight stuff and free weights. I wouldn't mind seeing the bar routine tho.

What sizes do the vegan protein and organic mass gainer come in?

i saw a couple guys in the random thoughts thread copped some of your products......I like the ingredients :ld: this creatine got me on a toilet every time i take it and i can't drink milkshakes.
