True, but he's got legions of dumb kids following his advice. I always liked to watch him for entertainment. I think the prime was 2-3 years ago. shyt has been garbage every since. I still watch because I'm a loser but the shyt is a rolling infomercial for these useless supps now.
By the way Vince took down a recent vid that he put out apparently. shyt is unwatchable. I got it rolling in the background but goddamn this mexican just diggin himself a deeper hole

fitness industry in general is All BS, all these youtube cats are a joke in reality. Literally all kids need to do is learn about Macros and start off on a program like Starting Strength for 1-2 yrs.

If this dude Vince were smart he would have done similar videos to Chris in Spanish, he could have been basically the Spanish equivalent to Chris and they could have both been eating. He straight up didn't want to work once the money was rolling in and CJ was doing all the work, why bother when you don't have to, it's really that simple.

Thats why Kali said he not doing no more collabs with anybody else besides CT fletcher. Out of all the youtubers I watched Kali was the only 1 to give me workout advice that helped me get leaner & stronger simultaneously just cause he do a lot of supersets and burnouts in his regimen Chris Jones & most other YT guys are smaller than me so its hard to grasp unto the knowledge they bring.
@Art Barr link these fools along with myself that vid of CJ rolling out the back door on Ronnie if u got it. Im just as interested to see Chris turn Hoemode of Ronnie
At the end of the day only way to make progress is trying different stuff and sticking to what works for you.
And I would have bounced on Ronnie too, eff all that, I`m trying to work out not circle jerk to Ronnie like everyone else was. At most CJ should have worked out earlier so he could chill around ROnie and just record. Gym Meet ups are dumb as hell if you ask me, no damn way you can get a good workout in with 5+ other folks in line for sets. Working out with more than 1 person is annoying to me.
