This is stupid. Even stupider was Sony's decision to release the dark ass original 4 days before Christmas in 2011. It should have come out in October and it would have done better box office wise and warranted a quick sequel

Didn't follow the books at all and was poorly made. And rapace was not good in it. Didn't suit her at all. She had no intensity.

Hit and miss I'll admit but lisbeth salander was clearly her career defining role. Americans always like to put their stink on things but (other than a little vulnerability) fincher changed nothing about lisbeth which made Rooney look like a student that handed in a term paper that was copy and pasted bad
