Up until Da Last Don P was putting out good to excellent albums and that's 6 albums that were all consistent
You can say No Limit as a label put out a bunch of records but what does that have to do with P's rap skills?
And I agree that 21 Savage was heavily influenced by C-Murder
i'd say top 10 catalog if we discount the post-retirement stuff, like we do for east coast rappers.

He flowed better and his lyrics were better on Ghettos Tryin To Kill Me, Ice Cream Man he was more aggressive but his lyrics got weaker...although he was spitting some real shyt
While I love th cool rugged west feel of TGITTKM, it's still behind ICM (better clearer production, broader subject matter, better guest spots), Ghetto D (southern classic, filled with anthems, crazy production) and 99 Ways To Doe (a tad more polished than TGITTKM)
