chicken can be baked, grilled, stir-fried, deep-fried...this goes for all other types of meats too

you can make tons of variations of lots of things. hell i got my girl makin me protein waffles and things like oatmeal tastes way better if you put some milk and tasty protein powder or fruit in there and i can eat that every day...

some of yall just don't know how to cook and must not know other ppl that can cook either :skip:

Do u guys eat the whole egg? People always tell me I be wasting too many yolks, I usually eat one yolk or two at most and I throw away the rest and eat the whites.

some days I get tired of any meat in general. if it wasn't for protein shakes I def wouldn't hit my macros daily.

Also I don't get why people make food to eat with their protein shakes. even though my shakes taste ok, it isn't good enough to add to my cakes or toasts. I'd rather chug my shakes and eat some regular good food.
