Graphs are meaningless and here are several reasons why:

1. 'Percentage points' of what? Total population?
2. (Cont'd.) Black population? Female population? Population over the age of 18?
3. How is this 'percentage' even figured out? Is it a function of population vs. employment availability? Is it even based on population at all?
4. Is this based on a percentage of the workforce or the total workforce?
5. Does this include those working part-time/per diem/etc.?
6. Which regions saw the most 'growth' and which saw the least? Is this based on an average between them?
7. What is the criteria for determining ethnicity?

I could go on for a while, but I think that's enough to question the validity and purpose of this.......report.

The stats come from the BLS. You can go to the actual BLS website and a) see the stats for yourself b) download the stats and create your own chart c) read up on data gathering tools and techniques

Presidential policies can and do affect employment.
Most Presidents cannot take credit for the entirety of employment gains, but policy certainly can have an affect.

Coli economist what policy did Obama do to bring it down and what policy has trump done to maintain it.

Nah I don't blame the economy on the president. That not a policy he controls

Yes it is, the reason our economy under bush went to shyt was the war in the Middle East and how much we spent over there. The president has the ability to green light a war which affects our economy. Unless you actually work in jobs that become affected by things like that you won't know that

More guns and military air craft being made = better profit for manufacturing facilities who produce them, it ups the manufacturing job market.

I work in the manufacturing industry. Have for almost 10 years. I started at 18 making guns and gun parts, have also made gun cases & military grade coolers. My latest job is making aero space parts for the military. The people at my job LOVE trump because he's pro dumping more money into the military = gives us more work BUT it's tricky because our company produces and works on parts for really cheap and it keep work flowing in and out so while it ensures job security and people love the overtime, its kinda a weird spot and sux for the owners because just in the dry film department were seeing thousands of parts coming in a day. Getting a 50 piece job for a company that can take all day or two days to mask and then dry film or blast then have to bake for hours and those parts have to be out in 2-3 days..but each parts are being worked on for less than a lot of employees make an hour (they make up for it in other departments) but the work even if our department isn't making a lot of money ( because it's priced so cheap to produce) compete is needed.

being pro military isn't the same as being pro war, Hillary and Obama were more pro war than Trump has shown.

Did ALL that working for a Community Help Organization for 11 years, thank you very much.

Got no answers to those questions then and still have yet to get any straight answers from them.

What's aggravating is peoples' willingness to accept any information, unquestioned, as long as it's prettily presented in a graph.
