From interviews it seems Glenn is still a part of the show, and that Dennis will be back...they just want it to be a plot point and are trying to not spoil it.

these cats need to remember where they bread is buttered. as long as they keep doing sunny, they'll get outside gigs as well.

I think the Mindy Kaling thing isn't huge. I think she was just on set because she's friends with Mac and Dennis since they helped her with her show. If she shows up, it'll be small. They took a similar picture a few years ago with the Workaholics dudes. That would've been pure fukkery if those two shows collided
