Mind you, not every prominent name in the city was there.... and he's not even apart of the same generation of rappers as all them dudes slotted to be on stage are.

But it was a very bad look for him to not be there in the interest of staying neutral.... in the eyes of fans at the very least.

Nobody was asking why Tyga wasnt there, 03, Vince, Quik etc. weren't there.... But none of them were on this "i'ma stay out of it" shyt like he was.

The Game's Loyalty Questioned As He Seemingly Sides With Drake In Kendrick Lamar Feud

The Game has appeared to back Drake in his beef with Kendrick Lamar despite his Compton roots, causing many to question his loyalty.

I mean,context matters,this is what he said in the past

Its not like it was a personal street beef and he took a side. Seems like hes just a fan of both,hes not even their peer and is virtually retired for all intents and purposes. And playing "I got a lotta enemies" by Drake was probably a set up for him to throw his hat in the ring and handle Ross. Game did "pass the torch" to Kendrick. So its kind of a reach for people to question his "loyalty" based on what he did,which was practically nothing.



With that said,Game got a weird case and wouldve been a bad look at the show regardless. So if it makes him feel better,he wouldnt have been invited anyway
