The game releases from late Jan to Feb 2019 are a problem

I don’t think anymore games need to be scheduled in this window. It’s a bit much to be released in about a months time.

I’ll never understand why the industry does this then has so many dry months where next to nothing comes out.

Resident Evil 2 remake on Jan 25th
Kingdom Hearts III on Jan 29th
Days Gone on Feb 22
Anthem on Feb 22
Crackdown on Feb 22
Metro Exodus on Feb 22

Came in here looking at the thread title crazy but now that you mention it, i didnt realize this many games were releasing in that window.

Seems developers have discovered that time frame to be valuable (Sony sure seems to love it)

I personally would enjoy more summer releases.

I bet some of those are gonna fall back with a delay announcement.

I'm copping Days Gone day one though. Anthem is a wait and see.

Nope. It's not a priority. FPS games are a dime a dozen.
Try it. It's really well done and a better post apocolyptic world than the new fallout game.

It's not like other FPS titles either it has a stronger emphasis on survival especially in areas in where you can't walk around without a mask.

The bullet thing as currency is a little quirky, but that's part of the charm.

They really need to. All these game sales will likely suffer as people who are in the market for multiple games chose one or two and pass on the rest until they hit a deep discount.

I recently passed on God of War and now I'll probably wait till it's $20. There's something about the hype of a new release that once you get past that point it's easy to just not get the game anytime soon. Playing the Witcher III instead another game I passed on.
