Bro, rap and sports are often times rated by eras and age group. My pops or grand father have Wilt Chamberlain, Oscar Robinson, Dr J, Magic or Bill Russell as the greatest players of all time. But somebody 20 years old doesn't have them in their top 10 players because they weren't alive to see them play. They have Lebron, Kobe, CP3, or maybe Jordan.

You can't tell a person that never seen Johnny Unitas play football that he's better than Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers

The difference is your father or grand father have seen the full spectrum of sports talent to say who would be top 20. Their opinion would hold more weight than a 20 year old.

Go into The Film Room right now, list your top 10 movies, and admit you got into movies around 2000. You're gonna get laughed out of that forum. Imagine someone saying...."The Blair Witch" had the same impact as "Alien". Because it did for them.
