They understood why they filed a restraining order... But they didn't prove why Barry wanted to kill him

Zero lies told. I was thinking the purpose of Iris confronting Marlize was that she was recording their conversation. Iris was a former investigative reporter right? Midget Thandie is perfection, but was horrible as a lawyer. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing from her, and Cecile I think is ADA. Can’t remember.
Ms.Devoe’s performance in that court was
. The best part of the episode was Iris entering the matrix. That’s one of my favorite Flash abilities. Barry have the ability to speed read. He could temporary know every extent of the law in a matter of seconds, and not once did he use this? Barry could have represented himself and destroy every hole in that defense, but didn’t.

To be fair tho, this whole court was filled stupidity. Judge called Barry the worst person to come through because he didn't show a look of remorse for the victim, as if innocent people are a fukking myth or something. Everyone took the damn wife's stories as straight truths. The opposing lawyer was using fukking late attendance as evidence of Barry's maliciousness? Man, Barry was doomed from the get go

Episode was ok. Iris is a damn reporter so why didn't she record the confrontation with Devoe's wife? 
How come Henry Allen didn't show up for Barry's trial? Your son is on trial for his life but you couldn't even bother to show up for support?
Why didn't Joe plant the evidence?! I understand morals and all that shyt but your adopted son is about to get locked up for a crime you know he didn't commit but you talking about morals? Plus he knows first hand that court system is BS since Henry Allen spent decades for a crime he didn't commit.
I wonder will Wally return to help out since Barry is locked up.
