I know I said it last week but I’ll say it again. This season is giving me strong Arrow vibes and not in a good way. Why is Iris so damn annoying this season? Wasn’t she a damn reporter? Now she acting like she owns Star Labs telling people what they need to do and she pissed at Barry for leaving and saving her and the entire planet....yea that makes absolutely all the sense in the world you petty selfish clown.
And for gods sake WTF is up with Wally’s hair. The shyt is comically bad

Yeah, hate to say it, this is one of the worst episodes. There was just nothing worthwhile about it.
-These nonstop cheesy Barry/Iris scenes are obnoxious and the therapy scene was lame
-Cisco's "OMG Gypsy is mad because I missed a date" story was lame
-The villain was lame
-The "Caitlin tries not to turn into Killer Frost" thing is lame and is exactly the same storyline as last season
-The villain releases metahumans storyline is lame because it's exactly the same storyline they had the last three seasons (Thawne with the Accelerator explosion, Zoom bringing metas from Earth-2, Savitar wishing people back from Flashpoint)
-And their way of "showing" how smart The Thinker is by having him ramble about finishing some obscure composer's work was lame and just makes him come off as pretentious.
Honestly I feel like they're going TOO lighthearted with this season. Give me the more serious Season 2 versions of the characters any day.

Just saw the ep. the first 2/3 of the ep was pretty 
The last part with the guy taking over barrys suit, and cisco trying to explain why he put the tech in was pretty funny
Im sure tesla will probably sue the show. Made it look like their cars can be hacked into a killing machine
- i dont get why tv shows try to push these relationships. Once the initial will they/wont they drama is gone. It turns into every day relationship issues which is usually boring to watch. Who wants to watch a couples therapy

Eh, I didn't think this episode was bad. Just uneventful for the most part 
It makes sense it would be some fallout from the Speed Force hibernation between Barry/Iris and it seemed like they hashed things out by the end of the episode. The show has struggled with what to do with Iris in the past, making her a bigger part of Team Flash isn't a bad thing if handled well

, low key Cisco had some nice ones on this show. Hawk Girl briefly, and Golden Gun (Snart's sister)
