It's a timeline where the world goes to shyt. In the animated movie Wonderwoman and Aquaman are at war, Bruce Wayne is dead and his dad is the Batman while his mom is the Joker. Remember when Barry went to save his mom the first time and the other Flash told him to chill. That's him at the end of the paradox because he knows saving his mom fukks the world up.
