I was actually sparring when I got hit. Got hit in that spot between that sternum and where the stomach meet.

Yep. My sisters old boyfriend who was a blackbelt taught me about that spot. He showed me a technique where you take your thumb, index finger and middle finger and put them together like a finger jab, jab them right in that spot and it knocks the wind out of you completely. Me and my friends used to hit eachother like that after I was taught, my buddy hit me 3 times in a row hard as fukk in that spot and I couldn't breathe for like a minute
