The Kane moment was decent for the era. The match was basically a squash. Watchable once but that's about it. Low on the historical poll compared to everything else in 1997.

I disagree I've watched it plenty of times since and I'm still awed by it.

Funnily enough, I get the same feeling when I watch the same old same old Rock matches.

I'm sure you do but historically, that will never be a shared feeling. Hell in a Cell 1? Revered at the Coli. Rock vs Austin I? Revered by EVERYONE:salute:

That first HITC match was :wow: From Taker just beating the hell of out of HBK, to Kane's debut. Like someone said, the reason Taker/Foley gets more attention and love is Mick damn near killed himself twice in that match(going off the top of the cell and going through the roof of the cell(which was unplanned)). The buildup to HBK/Taker in the Cell was :ohlawd: It's a shame that HITC isn't used how it was built up to be used in the past; as the ultimate, bloody and brutal end to a feud.

Michaels is one of the best performers in TV history let alone wrestling. He really put his fragile ass body on the line like that my gawd. :wow:

Undertaker is no slouch either this dude looked mobile as fukk out there at his size. Definitely not boring at all IDK what the fukk dude is talking about, shyt was incredible.
