The Firm's The Album won't a bad album, it just won't nothing special

It’s an okay album. My issue with it is that it felt more like a Trackmasters’ compilation then an actual group album.

Think about this, if I remember correctly Nas is only on 6 songs. AZ is only on 6 songs. I think Foxy and Nature are on less than that. It’s filled with guest appearances, when none were really needed. It wasn’t a real group album.

It's kinda funny... cause I don't think I ever really thought about how I felt about this album. I bought it when it dropped... and you know what man... it was just a weird listen. There really were no standouts, the tracks weren't necessarily BAD... but they weren't necessarily good either.... very average for the cast. I guess you right OP... but being nothing special was foul for these nikkas at the time.

The way this album sounds is like they tried to make it when they were well out of their prime. It's cool... but meh

Yeah, that's it! It won't bad, just no real standout songs outside of the singles. The other songs were just everybody's average.
