First off I somehow forgot Friday Night Lights, and that is definitely in my top 10, so I guess Vic n Shayne nem get bumped to #11 
Let me preface by saying that 1. I've been lurking the coli for many years, and I respect your television/movie acumen, so I understand where you're coming from. And 2. Saved by the Bell is in no way, shape, or form a top 10 television show of all time, from the corny dialogue to the bad acting to the endless plot holes. But...
It is to me!! It's in my top 10 because it meant so much to me as a kid growing up, and even now (I work club security at a few different LA nightclubs), there are a whole group of us who bring up SBTB shyt every night, so much so that on Friday nights we'll get home from work at 3 o'clock and start texting each other about the bullshyt episode that is airing on MTV or MTV2 or whatever the fukk. If Zack Attack is on, I'm watchin' it. It's kinda like how I might put DAS EFX or DMX over Kendrick or Weezy. Yeah, the latter are both technically better and more skilled, but the former just mean more to ME. I dunno, to each his own I suppose.
